| Riscaldatore portatile di polveri lucidanti con mescolatore
Questo dispositivo è nato per permettere una lucidatura molto elevata di superfici in marmo, granito e similari con tempi di esecuzione decisamente più ridotti rispetto ai sistemi tradizionali. E’ stato espressamente concepito per permettere alle levigatrici per pavimento ed alle monospazzole di ottenere lucidature anche superiori a quelle ottenute a banco con macchinari automatici. Normalmente per lucidare una superficie in pietra viene sparso manualmente l’acido ossalico o altre polveri lucidanti ed aggiunta l’acqua per sciogliere queste polveri, viene quindi passato il macchinario che fa ruotare sulla superficie in questione dei composti lucidanti solidi (5 EXTRA - FELTRI - PIOMBI). La lucidatura avviene così per reazione chimica di queste polveri sciolte che vengono agitate sulla superficie da lucidare. Il calore è una condizione primaria per innescare questa reazione (ancora di più quando si parla di cristallizzazione con le monospazzole). Nel riscaldatore si introduce già la polvere lucidante e l’acqua che vengono uniformemente poste in agitazione da un mescolatore elettrico; nel contempo un semplice bruciatore con una piccola cartuccia di gas (che permette una autonomia di 2 ore) riscalda fino a quasi 100°C il composto. Un rubinetto nella parte inferiore regola la quantità di questo composto riscaldato che passando attraverso un tubo di gomma arriva sulla superficie da lucidare ottenendo così una superficie a specchio in tempi molto brevi. Ciò poiché il fatto di aver già immediatamente disponibile la polvere lucidante sciolta nell’acqua consente già di risparmiare quella prima passata che normalmente si da con le macchine levigatrici appunto per sciogliere le polveri lucidanti sparse a mano sul pavimento. Oltre a questo il calore del composto accelera e migliora la lucidatura. Col mescolatore non serve peso oppure muovere molto lentamente la macchina lucidatrice per riscaldare la superficie da lucidare (come si fa in particolare per lucidare il granito e durante la cristallizzazione). Ancora una volta col mescolatore abbiamo un risparmio di tempo poiché in questo caso possiamo muovere la macchina lucidatrice più veloce. Oltretutto possiamo anche usare concentrazioni di acido ossalico minori in modo tale da non rischiare di corrodere il marmo che si vuole lucidare. Il mescolatore è facilmente smontabile e trasportabile e può essere applicato a qualsiasi macchinario addirittura senza forare il telaio di quest’ultimo. Dopo prove effettuate su molti tipi diversi di marmi e graniti si è ottenuto un aumento della lucidità fino al 45% (misurando il gloss) ed una riduzione del tempo di lucidatura fino al 30% rispetto alle medesime condizioni di prova (sempre con macchinari per pavimenti) ma senza il riscaldatore. Portable heater for polishing powder
It has been designed for the polishing of large area of granitic and
marble plates. These areas are to be polished by using the specially
designed floor polishing machine. The time needed for this operation is
much shorter than the time employed with other methods, because the
heater heats up the oxalic or the tin oxid up to 100 C. as well as other
polishing powder that have previously been diluted with water. This
product, already mixed with water and heated, reaches the surface to be
polished and helps in obtaining a perfectly glossed surface in a short
span of time. The device ís equipped with a mixer intended to maintain
the mixture of water and polishing powder homogenous. The heater is
extremely easy to handle and to be transported, it is autonomous and
dismountable due to the heating provided by a small gas heater. It can
also be easily adjusted to any kind of polishing and glossing machine,
without drilling into the chassis. It is very small in size. This system
does not need any balance weights on polishing machine and moving speed
of machine doesn't have to be very low in order to achieve a good
surface heating (as it is usually done with the granite glossing in
particular). A smaller oxalic acid concentration can be employed in
order to better protect the marble surfaces from being exposed to burns.
The faucet on the heater device regulates the amount of warm polishing
powder that reaches the surface to be glossed and the time needed to
obtain a homogenous polishing paste is really short (the previously
employed method consisted of three completely separate operations:
firstly, the polishing powder had to ho be strewn on the surface by hand,
then water had to be poured onto it and, at the end, one had to use the
polishing machine to obtain a decent mixture of water and polishing
powder). Only by employing the heater device can you cut short the extra
time needed with the previous manual methods. The product starts quickly
a chemical reaction with the granite or marble surface that are to be
polished. After tests have been carried out with the heater, it was
obvious that by using this product, an increase of 40% in glossing
performance can be achieved. It also saved up to 30% of the processing

Tragbarer Schleiflosungserwarmer
Wurde erstellt sehr grosse Marmor- oder Granitflachen mit der Bodenschleifmaschine zu schleifen, mit einem kleinerem Zeitaufwand als bisher. Dies ist moglich da Schleiflosungserwarmer die Oxalsaure oder das Zimkoxyd oder andere shon in Wasser aufgeloste Schleifmittel bis 100°C erwarmt. Das shon in Wasser aufgeloste Schleifmittel wird in heissen Zustand auf die zu scleifende Oberflache verteilt, und man erhalt in sehr kurzer Zeit eine spiegelglatte geschleifte Flache. Die Warme ist eine Grundbedingugn in der Schleiftchnologie der Marmor - und Granitplatten. Der zum Gerat gehorende Mixer behalt die wassrige Losung in homogenem Zustand. Schleiflosungserwarmer kann man leicht transpotiem, ist zerlegbar, und unabhanig von einem Energienetz, da er mit einem kleinem Gasbehalter versehen ist. Er ist an jed welchen Schleifmaschinentyp anpassungsfahig, ohne dass das Gehause durchbohrt werden musse, und hat sehr kleine Abmessungen. Mit diesem System mussen keine zusatzlichen Gewichte an die Schleifmaschine angebracht werden, aber auch die Schleifbewegungen mussen nicht sehr langsam sein um die zu Schleifende Flache zu erwarmen. (Wie es eigens bei den zu schleifenden Graniflachen geschiet.) Die Oxalsaurekonzentration ist kleiner, und man lauft nicht Gefahr die Marmor flache zu verbrennen. Mit Hilfe eines Hahnes der am Schleiflosungserwarmer angebracht ist, kann die Menge der warmen Schleiflosung geregelt werden die auf die zu schleifende Flache lauft. Man benotigt dafur keine zusatzliche Zeit um die entsprechende Schleifmittellosung zu erhalten. (Vor der Anwendung diese Gerates wurde das Schleifmittel mit der Hand auf die zu schleifenden Flache gestreut, nacher wurde das Wasser daruber gegossen und schliesslich ist man mit der Schleifmaschine daruber gefahren um den Schleifstanb im Wasser aufzulosen. Durch dieses Gerat konnen die mit der Hand ausgerfuten Arbeitsphase ausgeschalten werden. Das Erzeugnis ist sofort einsatzfahig als Ergenis der chemischen Reaktion hergestellt durch den Kontakt des Schleifmittels mit der zu schleifenden Granit- oder Marmorflache. Durch Teste die auf mehrere Arten von Marmor und Granitflachen durchgefuhrt wurden, stellte man fest, dass mit diesem Gerat eine 40% grossere Flache geschliffen werden kann mit einem 30% kleinerem Zerlaufwand, im Vergleich zu den Schleimethoden die dieses Gerat nicht anwenden.
